Dare To Dream is a compilation of scratch tracks Tonya recorded over time in her home studio. She feels that these are valuable parts of her Journey and should be made available to her fan base so that they may experience the development of the music for themselves.
Music, like any other art, is a work in progress. It grows and changes over time and these songs are living proof of that.
This "behind the scenes" peek into Tonya's musical history, allows others to see not only where she is, but also where she came from, and even just maybe, where she is going.
