Good Morning Peeps!

This morning here in the Music City the temp is cold but all is calm outside the windows of my Haven. The darkness in the sky is clear enough to see the Stars shining bright. The coffee is brewed just right and tasting so perfectly delicious.

Meanwhile my thoughts seem to be scattered all over the place and I can't seem to pin point one thing that sticks out more than the other. My mind is a busy one this morning. I need to take five and slow it down a notch or two. They are all good thoughts and worth paying attention too....... just not all at once. A little bit of breathing room helps to have a better focus in my opinion. Some people can multi task many thoughts at once, a talent I never really acquired. As a rule I am a very analytical person when it comes to my thoughts and I need time to break down each one. On the other hand that could be just as bad.

So.... I have learned to be more free flowing with my thoughts and not over analyzing them. Giving my mind a chance to focus in on the thought that hit's closer to home and needs the most attention.

Yes, I am still on my first cup of coffee and I think like this...lol...still this is me in the morning. My thoughts are so random, one minute I will have a very serious topic that is screaming to be written about and the next could be completely the opposite. I never know day to day what thought I will end up writing about. I just let it happen whenever it's ready to be written. Early in the morning is the best time to do it. Believe it or not, I I have the least control of my brain or thoughts if you will.... becuse I just woke up. Plus, I am a very creative person in the early morning hours because I am feeling rested and fresh.

My Silver Lining for this morning lays in all these thought processes and random thoughts I write everyday I call GMP( Good Morning Peeps). Because in every thought I eventually find a positive kick off to my day...My Silver lining. So.... at the end of it all...basically I am trying to find my own inner power of turning the morning into something positive that I can carry with me through out the rest of my day. .... every thought counts and can be a positive tool if we take a moment to give our thoughts Freedom to roam and breath. Within each thought there is a positive Silver Lining waiting to happen.

Peeps have an awesome Tuesday and I will catch you on the flipside!
