Good Morning Peeps!
This Friday morning here in Nashville the birds are singing outside my Haven. The coffee is tasting so good and my thoughts are randomly scattered everywhere.
Seems this week has been a week of saying goodbye to loved ones or friends whose time has come.
Seems the older I get and the more people I get to know, it gets even harder to see the list grow of people who have come and blessed this world with thier existance and then one day I turn around ....and they are gone. Really puts Life in a whole new perspective.
in the past 48 hours I have had felt the loss and impact of reality that we all are "Living On Borrowed Time." A few weeks ago I wrote a song inspired by my mom Elisa Rose called "Living On Borrowed Time" Because she had experienced personally her life passing her by after dealing with a serious medical issue for several weeks!
Funny thing is i already had the music....all I needed were lyrics ...right away I began thinking about our conversation and wrote "Living On Borrowed Time". Who would have thought it would impact me weeks later even more.....personally.
Thinking about it in hindsight....we all are living on borrowed time and the time that is given will be eventually taken away. So..... my thought is this......we have to make the best of the time that is given to us everyday and every second. Life is so precious and full of so many wonderful moments and people who are dear to us that we should keep each one close to our hearts.
