Good Morning Peeps


Good Morning Peeps!

This morning here in Nashville I saw the stars shining bright and all was peaceful and calm as I headed out to Planet Fitness to continue my workout mission.

Week 4.......Day 19

I started my workout with cardio at 4:10am for 20 minutes and afterwards worked out on 5 different machines with the focus being on my lower body. After all was said and done I had an awesome 45 minute workout! Next week I will challenge myself even more by adding on the AB workout to my mission....which will be a 12 minute workout on 8 machines. Feeling the power....OOH-RAH!!!!

Now....here I am finally getting to enjoy my first cup of coffee and enjoying every sip! There are a few things I absolutely love and that's one of them. Hey.... I feel like even though I am taking steps to get back in shape.....doesn't mean I need to take away some of life's little pleasures. There should always be a balance.....at least that is what works for me!

There are so many different sides to who we are and what we need that sometimes it's hard to maintain that balance. In the end...it's about keeping it simple and living and enjoying what Life has to offer along with keeping up with our responsibilities and maintaining a healthy Life Style in the process! Taking it One Day At A Time!
