Good Morning Peeps!
The sun is starting to rise here in Nashville and for a moment I was standing outside watching the night turn into morning as the colors in the sky began to change. The view was incredible and with the sounds of the birds singing their morning song...I couldn't help but feel my thoughts drift away.
Sipping on my morning coffee I started to think about times in my life when everything seem to fall in the right place at the right time and then there were other times when I would wonder why things are so quiet and still. ...almost idle.
Like everything in life.....that to can change in a blink of an eye. Then I would find myself doing whatever it is I am meant to be doing at that right time and at the right place. The course of my life has definitely been a challenging one and even when I think I have a good plan....I am quickly reminded that it's the bigger plan that is in the works....not necessarily mine. Quite honestly...I am grateful that the plan is bigger than my own. Because....even though I may be open to looking at the bigger picture....my line of sight is sometimes limited by my own personal desires and I miss what is really the goal.
Seems in the stillness of my life.....I tend to discover and see things that I missed or just didn't see before....... then the most wonderful thing happens.....the ball of life....... along with fresh inspiration's seem to kick in easily like breathing in and breathing out!
Now as I wrap up my morning thoughts and take my last few sips of coffee...I want to remember this as part of my Silver Linings for the day! Today I will breath knowing that Gods bigger picture will eventually reveal itself in due time. Meanwhile I will keep moving forward doing the best I can do....staying open to life all around me. Because In every breath I take.....there is an opportunity waiting to happen when the time is right!

Week 6 Day 27 at Planet Fitness
Arrived at the gym at 4:15a.m.
15 minutes cardio on the bike
30 minutes on weights working out my lower body
End result.....another awesome day to add to my workout goal and I am still feeling very motivated and determined. OO-RAH!!!!!!!!!!
