Good Morning Peeps


Good Morning Peeps!

It is a beautiful morning here in Nashville and my coffee is tasting so good! First of all it is Friday and the temp is going to warm up quite nicely today.

This morning I hit the Planet Fitness at 4:15 a.m. and did my cardio workout for 15 minutes and for 30 minutes I worked out my upper body on 10 machines! Let me tell you....I felt it in my arms afterwards. I raised the weight on a few of the machines....which felt great to do.....that right there helped me to realize that my arms are getting stronger. I am completely excited about the transformation. Every exercise that I do is slowly starting to show in many different ways! Slow and steady with a lot of consistency is my motto. Another successful workout to put in my workout log.

This month I have been focusing more on my getting back in shape than my music it seems, but I am also working on refocusing my music energy as well. Now that I am trying to pull it all back together health wise....I am feeling inspired to make a workout plan for my music as well.

Sometimes a little bit of breathing room and time to step back and refocus is needed. Guess I am in that phase for the moment. That's ok.... Evrytime I have gone through this phase..... a new breath of life and energy comes out and my creative juices start flowing and the music comes.

We all need a little inspiration to help encourage us to move forward and grow. Stepping back can be a powerful tool that can motivate something wonderful and unexpected.

Peeps have an awesome Friday and remember to take a moment to breath, step back, and take a look around while breathing in and out to gain a whole new perspective on Life all around you. Then see what transpires.
