Good Morning Peeps
Today has a perfect start as the early morning sun was rising...so were the temps. Right at the moment it is fresh outside and unbelievably comfortable. en. Plus there is so much silence that hearing the birds singing their morning song is crystal clear. My windows are open the morning fresh air is flowing through my Haven while i am enjoying my morning coffee. Today is my day off from the gym so i am taking it easy before hitting the excitingly fun place called the laundry mat. Not something I look forward to weekly....but it is what it is...must have clean clothes.
Yesterday was a day full of Adventures and moments with my Peeps and also taking a little time to play music around a bonfire. My first stop was at the Southern Women's Show at the Music City Center downtown. I mostly went to support my friends business that had a booth set up for the event.
It was great being there to see them in action and I tried to get involved to help....plus I was able to learn even more about their mission and what is involved and why. It was very educational and I was enlightened on the positive effect of brain wave sounds and how they can make a difference on someone with an illness and that each session will help to balance out the brain waves and lead to taking no medication at all. I sat in the massage chair while listening to the waves of sound and because it was so relaxing and soothing..... I passed out! Their program is called Reset and Delete. Definitely check them out.
Later I headed over to a gathering of songwriters who sat around a bonfire and played to the wee late hours in the evening! That was a lot of fun and a great way to end my day.
Peeps today is another new day and a fresh start to do something new, whether it be starting over......simply relaxing or refreshing the mind, body and soul. Today is the day! Take full advantage of the moments given and treasure each one!
