Good Morning Peeps!
This morning here in Nashville the air is fresh and the temp is perfect! We had another rainy night that moistened the ground and watered the flowers and plants. Gotta love natures water sprinkler.... I know my plants do!
The windows are open and I'm listening to the birds chirping their morning song while sipping my morning coffee as I am thinking about whats on my mind! It's kind of hard to say, because I am somewhere between the quietness of the morning and the soothing sounds of nature outside my window! Still...little things seem to be stirring in my mind!
Well..... first of all I am thinking that this weekend I need to change the strings on my guitar and I also need to run through several songs. Speaking of songs....I am feeling a new one on the horizon as different rhythms and melodies keep rolling around in my mind! Hard to say at this moment what direction they will end up going, but it's there. One thing I have learned is that when the song is ready to be written.....the music and lyrics tend to flow out like water from a faucet. Typically this is how my songs come to be! Trust me when I say....this is when I get really excited about my creativity.
My Silver Lining today is wrapped around the mornings new light, the wake up call that the world outside my window has it's own song that can be an inspiration that will help to inspire me and kick start my day. Each little moment I take in now is a little cup of positive and motivational assurance that Life is alive and kickin and I can chime in at any time to carry the torch of Silver Linings with me all through the day.
