Good Morning Peeps!
Here in Nashville the temp is cool but there is no rain...that alone is a great start of the day. Not to mention the birds are sound like a choir outside the window of my Haven! Oh what peaceful sounds to hear while gathering my thoughts and focusing on my perspective of the morning. My perspective is 100% beyond a shadow of a doubt filled with positive and motivating Silver Linings that could kick start my day in the best way possible simply by being in the here and now!
This morning I was up and at the gym by 4:05am and my focus is even more intense on meeting my goal of getting back into shape. I am feeling great about each of my accomplishments.....but most importantly I love the way I am feeling! Settle changes are happening, but in the long run...I feel it will stick as long as I stay consistent and driven.
I'm excited that last night I started to work on a song that was inspired by several different posts and a constant awareness from others in regards to depression....still me being me, I am looking for the positive message for those who suffer from depression and thoughts of suicide. It's a deep topic....still I can't help but feel that in the midst of this dark spot....there is an open window and opportunity for a positive message that could help to make a difference. Like I said...I am working on it!
We all have something special about each of us and we all have a calling to be who we are and use our gifts to be a positive influence on people and life all around us! We just have to open our eyes and be aware of our surroundings.....because in the very breath you take, every word you say and every action made.....can impact life all around. Remember Peeps that every Silver Lining has to start from somewhere.... and that somewhere is right here and right now. Be a positive light that can make a difference everyday!
