Good Morning Peeps!

Good Morning Peeps!

This Tuesday morning is feeling fresh after last nights storm that kind of came in with strong winds and a lot of rain.

Leaving everything moist and the temp at a relaxing 70 degrees. Guessing that sometimes a good storm is needed to wash away the pollen or lighten the humidity that was so thick. Last night was a fun night performing with my Music Peeps ...Kat Lee Jones and Sandy Moyer at the Commodore Bar & Grill for Debi Champions Writers Night. Thanks to some of our awesome Peeps ( Angela Petty Robles, Furman Robles, Anita, and Sheila Binkley Hamilton for showing up to give us their support. Which rocked. Also....a very huge thanks to Sheila for bringing in 6 cases of bottled water for the Oasis Water Drive! I was absolutely thrilled about her contribution. Later after the show we left and played a few songs for her and Anita because they missed our set because of the water! Which made me even more appreciative. It was awesome fun and actually medicine for my soul that was much needed after a very challenging evening personally. In which ended up passing like the storm and all was calm before my head hit the pillow.

Storms in Life will come and go and leave some destruction in it's path, but many times the foundations of the trees that blow wildly because of the strong winds seem to hold their own and stay in tact even after the storm leaves as quickly as it came. Once again, all is calm! Sometimes a good storm has to happen in our lives. One it helps to awaken the realities of life and serves as a reminder not to ever take anything or anyone for granted. Plus usually there something valuable to be learned at the end of it all that can help to strengthen who you are or even strengthen your connections to life all around. A Good Storm can be a blessing in disguise.

Peeps have an awesome Tuesday and I will catch you on the flipside!
