Good Morning Peeps!
This morning here in Nashville it is a beautiful and fresh start of the day! I saw the sunrise and felt the newness of the morning ....plus I'm celebrating the fact I made it through my first week back at work. That my Peeps is nothing to take for granted.
Plus last night was my first time to get out and perform since the week of my surgery over a month and a half ago. I love the fact i was in a round with my awesome friends....which made it even easier. Now I felt the effects and strain, but the moment of being there was awesome. I was so glad to be up and out performing my songs. Even if it was with challenges. Have to start somewhere and so last night was it! Besides....I need to warm up and get ready for three gigs next week. A lot to take on....maybe or maybe not! Really it all depends on my body and it's healing. Surely getting out and just doing it is good for the soul....brings happiness and self satisfaction....which in turn leads to even more healing on a different level. Life does go on and so does the music!
