Good Morning Peeps!
This morning was a great day to sleep in and I woke to a somewhat humid morning but the sky is blue and the sunlight seems to be shining a light on Music City this early Sunday morning!
In my heart I feel like today is going to be an awesome day! Simply because it's another great day to be alive. So....as I lift my up of coffee....I say...cheers to the moment and to the blank page of my life that gets to be filled with new Adventures and stories.
Turns out that yesterday was a day of relaxing and today is the day to take care of things on my self honey do list! It's amazing to me how the body and mind are so much more productive when allowed to rest! Lately I have learned to appreciate my down time.... especially since my body is still in the healing process and not to mention learning patience. This seems to be a big factor in going through this new stage of my life. I still feel driven to move forward but with extra care and a lot of attentiveness to my bodies needs!
I understand that to someone who has never experienced the change and this type of surgery.....it would seem quite trivial and minuscule. Again....that's where my patience will come into play along with the awareness that they couldn't understand or relate because they have never experienced this for themselves. It is more common then I realized that so many women have gone through this or some men knew someone close to them who experienced the same surgery and the after effects. Again...each person is different when it comes to how healing process goes and how their bodies react after the fact.
My favorite saying right now is one day, one hour, and one minute at a time! A little positive Silver Lining that I practice everyday along with keeping my heart, mind, and eyes open to the blessings that surround me.
