Good Morning Peeps!
Happy Friday from my Haven to yours and to all of Music City where my Dreams Live and grow!
It's early a.m. and the coffee is perfect in every way. Not to mention the temp is not cool and not to warm. In my opinion it's an awesome start to a new day! My first wave of Silver Linings that began the moment I rolled out of bed.
When it is so early in the morning....most people don't want to think just yet. Me on the other hand...my thoughts wake up and begin to turn the moment my eyes open. So.... it's always good for me to type my morning thoughts as they hit. It's so funny....the moment I first started to write in my Journals....it became such a strong tool for self discovery and releasing what's floating around in my mind. Even today I still seek my positive affirmations that will change my thought process on a situation from negative to positive. Oh...I could focus on the things that are bad, or going wrong, or doesn't feel right, or I lack having, the world gone crazy, and all the political media mess that confuses everyone every waking moment of the day.
Wow...nope...that is entirely way to much positive energy being burned for a lot of negative wasted time with no positive results.
Naturally I want to keep finding my positive reasons for living, for Dreaming, for loving the world and all of Life that lives in it! There is so much that is good and beautiful that surrounds us everyday....in a smile, a hand shake, in the blooming Fall Trees, the blue in the sky, the sun shining bright, and my personal favorite....the view right outside my window. The list goes on and on.....
to every negative there is a positive. In my case....three positives! Might as well up the ante. Why Not? We have the freedom of choice and will power to change our minds and thought process's at any given point or time!
The Key to changing all of the negative to a positive is within us! It starts with the heart, soul, and then mind! Then....from there taking one positive Silver Lining at a time until your perception is half full, rather than half empty!
The choice is within me and is within you. I have my Faith and God put me where I am for whatever the reason and I am surrounded by so many blessings. Whether or not I am deserving is always a question in my mind...but than I realize that God sees the Silver Linings in me. So.... why not see it in Life!!!
