Good Morning Peeps!
It's another cool morning here in Nashville as I sit here pondering the thoughts in my head and enjoying my cup of Hazelnut coffee that sits in my hand. There are so many wonderful thoughts that keep passing through my mind, but what pops out the most is the beautiful Sunrise I would see from our balcony in Puerto Rico. It was so serene as I would see the ocean meeting the sky that would slowly change until all you saw was a painted canvas full of mixed colors created by the sun and it's morning glare.
I love Sunrises...to me there is so much inspiration in every shade of color that fills the sky.
Unfortunately it is to dark for me to see any sunrises at this time here in Nashville...but I know when the time falls back there will be more oppurtunities that will arise early in the morning. So...for now I listen to the morning wake by the sounds of nature that I hear outside my window. The sounds can be just as serene and inspiring if I stop to listen. Honestly there are so many things about the morning that can lead to motivational Silver Linings. Such as opening your eyes first thing in the morning and breathing in the new day full of fresh starts, new adventures, and blessings that have yet to be seen.
Lord knows the past three months have been very challenging for me emotionally, physically, and financially. Three key factors that can make finding Silver Linings a challenge. Trust me...it can be done! I practice everyday until I finally find that one thing that helps me to see the brighter side of this wonderful life I have been blessed with everyday. The world is in complete confusion because of the politics of people, but the world is made up of even more things that have more of a defined positive meaning that out weighs the negative.
Focus, breathe and relax, and open our eyes to the blessings that are right before us is the key. Well...at least that is what seems to work for me. Each of us have our own different ways of breaking through to the brighter side of things. Which is Ok! That is the wonderful thing about being individuals with our own unique characteristics and outlook on life.
Peeps on this wonderful Tuesday morning I leave you with my thoughts and own personal Silver Linings that I am going to use to kick start my day. I hope you find something within all these words that can help you find yours.
