Good Morning Peeps!

Here we go...it is a new week and a new day and the last day of October! The temp here in Nashville is a comfortable 60 degrees outside my Haven and a perfect 70 degrees inside my Haven. I'm sitting here with my coffee reflecting my awesome weekend with my girl and missing her at this very moment as I just took her to the airport only an hour ago. Wishing we had more time, but the time we had I cherish every moment.

This weekend started off Friday when my girl surprised me at work during my lunch by showing up early. Lucky for me I was able to leave early and our wonderful weekend began. So.....while out and about we decided to get a new Christmas Tree for this year and since we most likely won't see each other on Thanksgiving...we decided to go ahead and decorate this weekend!

A little It's A Wonderful Life movie and Miracle on 34th St that set the tone for decorating this wonderful Haven of ours. Now...I think it is pretty awesome because this will give us time to enjoy this warmly decorated atmosphere until the first week after the New Year begins! Which is something we both enjoy.

Honestly Life is to short not to enjoy simple little things like what we did...besides....if it'something that you enjoy....what does it matter?

Just do it and be in the moment and enjoy every second. Opportunity for special moments arrive and they leave. Don't miss out on a memory that could stay with you for a Lifetime.
