Good Morning Peeps!
Thank goodness for Saturday and a beautiful Sunrise. Yes..I was up early this morning way before the Sun decided to make it's grand appearance. Well you see.... I decided to watch movies last night and only made it through one and a half movies before passing out on the couch! Hard telling when that was, but I woke up at 3:30am and couldn't go back to sleep.
So...with that being said......I decided to go ahead to Planet Fitness for my 4th day of working out. I hopped into my little car and made my way there and walked through the doors at 4am. One person was there and then there was me...lol...which was actually perfect. All the machines were open and no waiting. Being the early bird Rocks!!!! While working out I heard on the overhead that Planet Fitness had partnered up with an organization to "Stomp Bullying". Which I thought was awesome! See.....One of the mottoes for Planet Fitness is that this gym is a "No Judgement Zone" and in fact as I walked through the door earlier I had noticed that the chalk board at the main door had in big print "Stomp Bullying" and that they were donating a 100% of the $10 sign up fee to this mission. Ok.... I love going there anyway...but now I am so glad that I am supporting this business by being a member. The Key phrase that pops out to me is "No Judgement Zone". I decided to make my own Haven and circle of existence as much of a "Judge Free Zone" as possible! I realize that I am human and this will not be a perfected exercise. Like everything I do in Life..if I stumble and fall...I will get back up and try again. I want you to know that this moment hit the nail on the head and brought my head, heart, and mind right back to where it needed to be! See.... God isn't limited to location...God speaks anywhere and at anytime and through any means possible to break through and make a point!
We are all living examples to others all around us and especially to children. My thought is.... why not be the positive example by simply being the best person we can be in every aspect of our lives. Ultimately reflecting a positive attitude that can BE just as infectious as a negative one.....once the ball starts rolling....anything is possible!
There you go...Peeps you Rock!!!! Hope you find some inspiration with my positive motivating Silver Lining for today! Everyone have an awesome Saturday and I will catch you on the flipside!
