Good Morning Peeps!
This morning here in the Music City it is a windy Monday but the temp feels pretty good considering! Looking out my window with my coffee in hand I hear the wind blow as the leaves take flight from the ground and begin their flight circling around in a wide circle not knowing where they will land. Such is life when any wind starts to blow leaving us not knowing where we will find ourselves afterwards. Do I dare to quote a Bob Dylan song. The Answer Is Blowing In The Wind!
Early this morning I pushed myself out of bed about 4am and made my way to Planet Fitness to continue my mission of working out at the gym. I am know officially day 9.... OO-RAH! Last week at a lot going on and so I lost a week, but that is totally OK with me! I figure it was a nice break for my body and now it is time to kick start it once again. Let me tell you, what a difference in how feel afterwards....my energy is boosted and my adrenaline is pumping! In short....I feel great!
Now that we made it past Thanksgiving, now comes Christmas right around the corner. I love this time of year. The festivities are awesome and I love the way everybody comes together. Granted I wish this happened more than twice a year, still like everything.... if you get it all the time than it is easy to take the moments for granted. I know I definitely appreciate the time, because it is so rare. Honestly....rare moments happen all through the year, treasured memories made from random acts of circumstance and highlighted pentacle moments that come around once in a Lifetime. So...in the scheme of things, the calendar year leaves room for opportunities and Adventures that could make the Life Log Journey of one persons travels.
Basically...it all works out in the end!
Peeps have an awesome Monday and remember your Silver Linings! Start with one positive thought at a time and carry it forward to the next until you find your reason for believing that Life is good and anything is possible.
Until next time I will catch you on the flipside!
