Good Morning Peeps!
This early Friday morning here in Nashville the temp went the opposite direction including the cold with rain. Go figure...just yesterday it was about 66 degrees and the sun came out....it was long sleeve and even t-shirt weather. Today is back to the winter coat and cap. Hey... at least I have one consistent thing happening every morning that can take the edge off all this crazy weather...my hot Hazelnut Coffee....yes...one cup of inspiration and motivation that not only warms my body but brings a smile to my face every time. Along with all my other positive Silver linings that hit me as I kick start my day.
Today was my off day from the gym and so of course I took advantage of the little bit of extra sleep. In all honesty...my body really needed it! So.... this worked out perfectly. Although I felt as if my day was missing something by not being there first thing this morning, but that's OK....... tomorrow my happy self will be walking through the doors in the early am.
Peeps today is Friday and although there is no rhyme or reason for this day to be any more special than the other....it does symbolize the end of the work week and for most it is the lead in to a nice long weekend of free time without having to answer to works time clock. This is time well earned and time that can open many opportunities of special moments and down time to relax the mind and come to a common ground of peace of mind. Let's make it good one!
