Good Morning Peeps!
This morning here in the Music City it is a cold one. Still I saw the most beautiful sunrise while enjoying my hot Hazelnut coffee. Surely this is a sign that Spring is around the corner. This week I have seen one everyday! Ok...I will run with that thought! What a great way to start the day. A sunrise reflecting my first Silver Linings of the day.
My morning is not without challenges, not at all...seems that this weather change has brought on some head allergies or cold if you will. Last night I took some medicine and basically going to try to knock it out before it becomes worse. thank goodness I can still function enough to go to work. I keep saying to myself....one more day after today and this weekend I can nurse myself back to good health. Just like the changes of weather when our bodies get sick, we can only roll with it and let time do it's thing. Eventually that will change as well. The key word is Roll with it! Sometimes that's all we can do to get over a hump.....plus having a lot of patience helps the matter.
So as my morning kicks off, I will remember the beautiful sunrise and count my blessings, because with so much beauty naturally displayed in the sky, how could I not! Moving forward today I will carry this wonderful thought in hopes to reflect the positive reflection in all things that I do today.
