Good Morning Peeps!
The birds are singing thier beautiful song this Tuesday morning as I am sitting here in my Haven with my hot cup of Hazelnut coffee. All is peaceful and calm.
This morning I rolled into Planet Fitness at 4:10am and for 45 minutes I had an awesome workout. Yes....I am still working towards my goal of getting back in shape. However long it takes I will keep on trying. I believe persistance is the key. I will keep using this key until I unlock the place where I want to be.
I know that my music has been on the down low lately. Currently I am in a quiet stand still moment of self exploring and reclaiming my path. I will have shows coming up soon....but for now the time is needed for me to refocus my goals and aspirations. Plus finding a since of where i am now in my life. So much has happened over the past few months that change has effected me in a big way. I think this is a normal process, it's just that we all handle it in different ways, plus we each are effected differently. The way we seek out solutions or self discoveries will also be different because of who we are as individuals and the needs we desire are shaped to our own personal identity.
Such is Life....Life will have changes....sometimes it's easy to roll with it and sometimes it takes a lot of work and determination. Either way it is a journey we each must take at different times in our lives.
Thinking about it....each self discovery leads to new Adventures, new goals, and new experiences. In a sense change is good and inspiring. I welcome change with open arms. I look forward to seeing later down the road where change will take me.
Peeps.....changes of seasons....such as Winter going turning to Spring is a process that does not happen over night. Takes time for the cold to turn to warm, the leafs on the trees, plants, and flowers begin blooming, and for us to get used to the time change of Spring forward.
Still....in time it all eventually comes together. Enjoy the moments of change and trust they will eventually lead us to where we need to be.
