Good Morning Peeps!
This morning here in Nashville the air feels fresh, slightly cool, but over all it is absolutely a perfect start of a new day. While sitting at my desk with the window open, I can hear the sound of many birds singing thier morning song. Take that and my fresh cup of morning Hazelnut coffee...all is perfect here in my Haven this Tuesday morning.
Earlier I made my way to the Planet Fitness around 4:05am and had an awesome workout for 50 minutes. I feel great! Well....for starter I made it there, which that alone is always an accomplishment. It's not easy to get up that early and have a frame of mind to workout before the first cup of coffee. No...not at all....but I know afterwards i always feel energized and really good about myself. Plus the coffee tastes even better after. Laughing to myself. Hey it's not a perfect science and there is no easy motivational pill. Sheer determination and a goal. Hey...gotta start somewhere.
I know that lately there hasn't been a lot of info on my music, but it's only temporary. Right now I have been focusing on my core inner self. seems that is what is most important right now. Sometimes Life happens and a little self care and extra attention is needed to help bring a balance. tha's what I am doing right at this moment. Simply spending a little TLC on myself. Honesly I am looking forward to shows I have booked over the next few months...starting in May. My goal to record another album is still ther and I already have the songs I want on the cd. Still...there is this one song I am working on that I really love, but it's taking awhile to come together. Guess this song is where I am right now. The Journey that is redifining me and my goals. I know that in dew time all will come full circle and I just need to have patience and just go with the flow. Let the Universe and let God have the wheel. Meanwhile....enjoying the view and new perspectives that lay just around the bend.
